It is here again
the Holiday Season, starting with
Thanksgiving -
my favorite holiday for food.
Here is how to survive
with sanity (and weight) to spare:
Grab a big plate. Load  up half with salad,
a quarter with green beans
and the rest with turkey.
Now DRIZZLE the flavors of Thanksgiving across it all
You get all the flavors and no damage.

 A sliver of fruit pie goes a long way because the first two spoonfuls taste the best.
At the end of the dessert-eating frenzy you are just piling it-

Another trick I just had occasion to practice myself:

Before you go to that party with all those fingerfoods,
take a protein drink or eat a lean protein
you will have a whole other experience than going hungry!
